By accessing or using SnackIQ — including our website, mobile app, or any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use SnackIQ.

SnackIQ is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. When using the service, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute SnackIQ content without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access any part of the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's infrastructure.
• Use SnackIQ for any commercial purpose without a separate commercial licence.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and any activity that occurs under your credentials. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in the EU/UK).
• Notify us immediately at hello@snackiq.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

All lesson content, quizzes, illustrations, and learning materials on SnackIQ are owned by SnackIQ Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

Where you submit content (such as feedback, suggested terms, or community contributions), you grant SnackIQ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.

SnackIQ offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled:

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price.
• Price changes:We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SnackIQ:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or SnackIQ staff.
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional material.
• Uploading or sharing illegal content, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security of our service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

The SnackIQ service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnackIQ's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
